This class is scheduled for Saturday, October 19, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Class cost is $100 and students will need 200 rounds of practice ammo. It is also suggested you bring a few rounds of your normal carry/defensive ammo so you can experience its flash characteristics in dark conditions. Students will need a handheld flashlight capable of at least 100 lumens such as a Surefire Tactician or Streamlight Protac.

According to Department of Justice statistics, almost 9 out of 10 shootings involving law enforcement officers occur in low-light conditions. Statistics for armed-citizen shootings aren't tracked as well, but indications are the proportions are similar. This underscores the importance of training for low-light scenarios. WEBSIGHT PAYMENTS
Every time I think I have the payment software fixed on my website, another update comes out and things stop working. I'm using Authorize.net, which is one of the few gun-business friendly payment processors left. Accordingly, very few plugins support Authorize.net payment applications. Until I can get the payment processing fixed more definitively, here's how it's going to work: if you register for a class or purchase products from our website, you will receive an email invoice with a secure payment link within 24 hours. That should facilitate registrations and purchases. I apologize for the inconvenience. Any Wordpress experts out there?

ARMORER CLASS
There is still some interest in an in-person open-enrollment armorer class this year. I haven't set the date yet, but as this is an indoors class, I'm going to aim for late November or early December. As soon as I can get confirmation on location and a firm date, I will announce it here, my websight, and on Facebook.

If you are in the market for a new upper, let me know. Prices begin at $500 for base models. Give me a call or send me an email to discuss the options you are looking for and we can get you equipped. If you are looking for longer range capabilities, let me recommend one of our 18-inch SPR uppers. These have been popular and are great performers. The stainless, nitrided, medium contour premium black barrels by Ballistic Advantage are excellent shooters. If you are looking for a little more maneuverable, I have 16" barreled uppers in mid-length, government contour (chrome lined), mid-length HBAR (chrome lined), and mid-length medium contour premium black (stainless nitride).
