All Adaptive Defense Armory LLC. sales are final. If one of our products is determined to be defective we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Any warranty or guarantee is void for products modified, misused, or damaged by the customer or end user.

Full refunds will be issued for orders we are unable to fulfill. A 10% fee may be applied to special orders if the customer is unable to complete the transaction.

Adaptive Defense Concepts LLC. training reservations require a deposit unless otherwise listed. If the client cancels their class registration at least 7 days prior to class start, we will issue a full refund. Deposit amount will be forfeited if the client cancels their registration less than 7 days from class start. If a class is canceled by us, students will be issued a full refund or can choose to apply their payment to a future class.
