Shipping and Receiving Policy

Customers will be notified of estimated shipping and delivery dates for ordered items as soon as practical after the order is received.

Ammunition and other products that are considered hazardous materials will be shipped in accordance with Limited Quantity requirements listed in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Section 173.156. Purchaser will pay all shipping costs.

Firearms will only be shipped to an FFL by approved carrier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have their FFL provide us with a copy of their license. A copy of Adaptive Defense Armory’s FFL will be provided as required.

If you wish to use us as an FFL for transferring your firearm (in the State of New Mexico), please contact us at Firearms that are not picked up (or pending) after 90 days will be returned to the supplier, or in some cases we may (at our own discretion) arrange to purchase the item from the purchaser if they are denied during the NICS process.
